Kidsafe WA’s new community facility is almost finished! This will incorporate a new Safety Demonstration House, Child Car Restraint fitting and checking service, Community Education facility and the organisation’s research, injury prevention and administration base.

Kidsafe WA Child Safety App

The Kidsafe WA Child Safety App is now available for download. This app is designed for parents and carers with children aged between 0 and 5 years old.

Burns Animation

On average 500 children a year present to Princess Margaret Hospital Emergency Department as a result of a burn or scald, with one third of these children requiring admission into hospital. See our latest animation developed with the support of Professor Fiona Wood.

National Kidsafe Day 25th October 2016

The aim of National Kidsafe Day is to increase awareness of unintentional childhood injuries and their prevention, as well as the valuable work of Kidsafe - the Child Accident Prevention Foundation of Australia, in public education, advocacy and research into the causes and prevention of unintentional childhood injury.
