playground safety
The Playground Safety Advisory Service is a newly established, developing service within Kidsafe WA. It continues the work of the former Playsafe Advisory Association and is based on the model of the Kidsafe NSW Playground Advisory Unit. The Playground Advisory Service will offer:
- An information and advisory service on playground safety, design and maintenance
- Education and training on playground standards, inspection and maintenance
- Assistance to community groups and local government with planning and auditing playgrounds
